Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Assessor for Business Management Courses at AQ TIMES & CO. LIMITED located in West Molesey. The role involves assessing learners across Levels 3 to 7 in business management courses, providing detailed feedback, and tracking progress. Responsibilities include reviewing learner assignments, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, mentoring learners, and supporting assessments tailored to individual learning plans.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Business Management and educational course assessment
* Experience in preparing learners for assessments and tracking their academic progress
* Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance in educational assessments
* Strong mentoring, communication, and organizational skills
* A recognized assessor qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent
* Advanced knowledge of Business Management principles across Levels 3 to 7
* Ability to maintain detailed records and provide constructive feedback
* Relevant teaching or assessor experience within a business management education framework
