Job Title: Night Senior Care Assistant – Maternity Leave Cover
Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, PE11 2EL
Salary: £13.25 per hour + Paid Training + Recognised Qualifications
Hours: Full-time – Average 38.5 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)
Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am
Shift Pattern
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday – 44 hours
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 33 hours

What You’ll Need
* NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred or willingness to complete it)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for working with older adults
* Ability to supervise care staff and lead with confidence
Your Role
As a Senior Night Care Assistant, You’ll
* Support and guide care staff on shift
* Ensure personal, physical, and emotional care needs are met
* Administer medication as needed
* Update care plans and maintain accurate records
* Build trusting relationships with residents and families
* Promote dignity, independence, and choice
