Job Purpose
Coordinate and support tasks across the Production Support team areas of responsibility including Planning TSE and CLE functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Planning Engineer as directed in the support of the team’s duties.
* Schedule aircraft maintenance work package build/printing and assembly to meet LTP input schedule.
* Check of tasks cards for related TID revision status and supplying via Tech Admin required revisions for inclusion in AMOS Web drive.
* Create initial AMOS WP and review AMUK WOP using the WOP Management Tool and create AMOS import file for WP content in support of the Planning Engineer absence or as directed.
* Update and review of the WOP management tool database for OMP revision.
* Co-ordinate work pack amendments as directed by the Planning Engineer.
* Provide support to Production Support TSE and CLE as requested.
* Control in-work and completed WP archiving process by scanning and accounting for all completed maintenance (DFP) in support of CRS activity by accounting for all WP content.
* A complete physical review of completed WP content before delivering to Tech Admin no later than 5 days post CRS.
* Support Development of Projects IT Tools used by Production Support Team.
* Support the development of Production Support Coordinator Work Instructions as required.
* General office admin duties including stationery ordering ensuring stock levels are maintained.

* Understand individual operational safety and security responsibilities including;
* Be aware of personal health and safety and the health and safety of others at work. Including Management responsibilities as required by H&S Manual.
* Be aware of aviation safety responsibilities with regards to the AAGDS Safety Policy. Including Management responsibilities as required by the Safety Management Manual
* Be aware of aviation security responsibilities with regards to the AAGDS Security Policy.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in using aircraft technical documentation.
* An understanding of AMOS.
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.
* Able to work on own initiative or as directed by the Production Support Team.
* Prioritise multiple deadlines
Desirable Skills
* Good team player with strong inter-personal skills
* Previous Production Planning experience.
* Strong quantitative, analytical, project management skills and experience in an engineering environment
