They are looking for a Skilled Trade Operative to join their growing team, having recently secured a number of new projects. This role is a permanent, full time position. In this varied role you will be trained to oversee your own projects and daily tasks, travelling to different sites around the Thames Valley, London and the surrounding area, liaising with clients, managing and pricing jobs upon order, coordinating resources and communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery, as well as overseeing labour and estimating costs for each job. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work alongside a tight-knit team of highly-skilled professionals installing specialist structural waterproofing systems across a wide variety of sites, with high-profile projects across the Thames Valley, including London and the surrounding counties. Every site brings something new, so you’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
