We’re looking for a creative, high-energy Music Publicist to join our hybrid, UK-based team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro with deep UK & European media ties or a rising star with an unbreakable work ethic, we want your voice at our table.
At Lime Tree Music, you won’t just be working on ‘accounts’ - you’ll be driving the European narrative for some of the biggest international stars in music, along with some of Nashville’s most exciting new talent. Leading campaigns for award-winning, chart-topping artists, from major labels to independent releases, your work will put you at the heart of Europe’s most exciting musical shift. If you want to see your artists on the main stages of C2C, BST Hyde Park, and more, this is where you belong.
The Vibe
We are a ‘human-first’ agency, placing value on ‘outside-the-box’ thinking. We work hybrid/remotely, but we keep the connection alive with frequent collaborative sessions at our Central London co-working space, so you get the flexibility of home and the buzz of the city.
Responsibilities
You'll be the architect of an artist's public image, helping steer the growth of their international career. You will:
* Craft the narrative: Develop and execute viral-ready PR campaigns across UK/European print and online media.
* Bridge the gap: Use your personal \"little black book\" of influencers, podcasters and editors to land high-impact features.
* Be the face: Represent Lime Tree Music at media days, live events, and high-profile promo shoots.
* Pitch for airplay: Get new tracks into the hands (and ears) of Europe's top radio stations.
* Shape the future: Help us expand into new international markets and untapped media landscapes.

* You’re a pro: You’ve likely spent time in a mainstream music or entertainment PR role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
* You’re a connector: You love meeting people, building relationships, and ‘selling’ a story you believe in.
* You’re local-ish: You’re ready to hit London once a week for strategy sessions and team get-togethers.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
* The track record: Proven experience in a mainstream PR role. You have a portfolio of earned media coverage that you’re proud of, and we want to see it.
* The network: A solid grasp of the European media landscape. You know who to call at the national newspapers and which niche blogs are currently breaking the next big thing.
* The broadcast edge: Existing contacts in radio & TV will move you to the front of the queue.
* The hybrid hustle: You’re a self-starter who thrives working remotely but brings 100% energy to our Zoom meetings and in-person London sessions.
* Tech savvy: You’re a pro with AI/LLM tools like Google Gemini and ChatGPT; proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and can navigate PR tools like Muck Rack or Cision in your sleep.
* Communication mastery: Your writing is sharp, persuasive, and error-free. You can pitch a story to a new journalist contact just as easily as you can write a formal client report.
* Education: A degree in PR, Communications, or Music Business is preferred, but your real-world results are what matter most.
