Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a Technical Records Administrator on behalf of one of our leading aviation clients based at Biggin Hill Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the private and business aviation sector, ideal for someone with a genuine passion for aviation!
Key Responsibilities
1. Creation of quotations.
2. Creation of digital and physical work packs.
3. Producing logbook certificates post maintenance.
4. Recording, documenting, and archiving of maintenance records.
5. Liaising with customer for work pack corrections and queries.
6. Consolidating and creating manifests for posting of hard copy work packs to customer.
7. Tracking of Tech Record KPI’s.
Requirements
8. A-Level education or equivalent.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Highly organised with the ability to manage workload efficiently.
11. Confident and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
12. Passionate about aviation and the industry.
13. Eligible to live and work in the UK.
