Location: The Council House/Remote Working
Hours: 37 hours a week
Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity
In the role of Personal Assistant, here’s an example of what you’ll be doing to make an impact:
You will deliver a comprehensive PA support service to Service Directors while working collaboratively with a wider team to ensure seamless service delivery, including covering for colleagues when required.


About You To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have... You will be proactive, highly organised and quick to learn, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver work accurately and efficiently are essential. You will also support a range of meetings so experience in minute-taking is essential. As a key point of contact for Service Directors, you will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, maintain a professional and responsive approach, and show flexibility in adapting to changing demands.
