Has experience of working in a primary school. Is passionate about working with children from a diverse background, including those with SEN, those who are classed as Pupil Premium and those with English as an Additional Language. Has experience of working with children with more complex special needs Is able to support teaching and learning in class and delivering targeted intervention work with small groups. Is calm, patient and passionate about inclusive education for our most vulnerable children. Is motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable. Can show initiative and is able to work as part of a team. Has excellent written and spoken communication skills. Has an excellent understanding of how to protect children and is committed to ensuring the wellbeing of children in their care.
