Junior IT Analyst
About the role
A well-established private organisation is looking for a motivated IT Analyst to join its growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of systems, working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering day-to-day IT support while developing your technical skills and contributing to ongoing improvements across the business.
What we’re looking for
* 1-3 years’ experience in IT support, service desk, or similar
* Basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, networks, hardware, cloud tools)
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
* Confident communicator who can explain technical issues clearly
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A genuine interest in building a career in IT
Key responsibilities
* Provide 1st/2nd line support for hardware, software, and user issues
* Troubleshoot basic network and system problems
* Support setup and configuration of devices and applications
* Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and IT projects
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and assets
* Deliver excellent support to both on-site and remote users
* Work closely with the wider IT team and other departments
