Housekeeper
Location: West Sussex
Our client supports vision-impaired ex-service personnel of all generations to rebuild their lives after sight loss. They aim to help them lead independent and fulfilling lives through their extensive expertise and comprehensive services.
This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety within the centre to support this mission.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily cleaning routines, including deep cleaning in all rooms and public areas.
2. Manage laundry, clean and set up function rooms, and handle waste and recycling.
3. Understand and apply COSHH, infection control, and manual handling practices.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the centre remains safe, secure, and clean.
5. Maintain relevant paperwork to ensure smooth communication and operations.
6. Optional: possess emergency first aid skills.
Employment Details:
This is a part-time position, working 15 hours per week over 2 days during weekends.
