We’re on the lookout for a passionate and people-focused Customer Experience Manager to join a vibrant, fast-paced business right in the heart of London. In this role, you’ll take the lead on all things customer – from service delivery and client interactions to nurturing long-term relationships. You’ll be managing a small, dynamic team (around 20–45 people), helping them shine while ensuring every customer touchpoint feels seamless, supportive, and genuinely engaging.

Leading and developing a high-performing customer experience team
Overseeing day-to-day service delivery and customer interactions
Building strong, lasting client relationships
Driving improvements in customer satisfaction and processes
