Rate: £235 (inside IR35).
Temporary to Permanent preferred (c. £45,000-£50,000 salary)
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative IT team across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys troubleshooting, and takes pride in delivering high-quality IT services.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with external support teams, resolving incidents, supporting on-prem and cloud infrastructure, and enhancing the user experience across a variety of platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver support across hardware, software, desktop, and virtual systems.
* Manage incidents and service requests in collaboration with MSPs and vendors.
* Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and other core systems.
* Monitor and respond to IT security alerts, escalating as needed.
* Support infrastructure (Windows Server 2016/2020, Hyper-V), networking equipment (routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls), and various collaboration tools.
* Handle asset management, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle IT service activities.
* Support industry-specific applications including CAD/design tools like Autodesk, Rhino, and SketchUp.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Windows 10/11 desktop support
* Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking fundamentals
* Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory
* IT security best practices and incident handling
* Experience with service management processes (ITIL-aligned)
