We're looking for a talented IT Support Engineer (L2-L3) to join our close-knit team at Plugdin in High Blantyre. This is a hybrid role with a focus on a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing:
Tackling a wide variety of IT challenges for our diverse customers.
Providing helpdesk and telephone support.
Visiting client sites for installs and troubleshooting when required.
What you'll bring:
Solid experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory. Knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers).
Familiarity with servers (physical/virtual) and backup systems (N-able is a plus!).
A great attitude and a desire to learn. (Mac OSX knowledge is a bonus).
