Tasks/responsibilities Accounts Receivable: Daily recording of online booking forms in reservation system Daily recording and reconciling incoming funds via a variety of channels Processing of customer refunds and correctly recording. Investigating failed payments and communicating with internal team and customers Credit control administration Supporting Finance team by investigating and responding to internal and customer based queries.Accounts Payable Downloading statements from a variety of transport (rail, airlines, car hire etc) suppliers and reconciling to internal records to facilitate payment. Supporting Finance team by investigating and responding to internal and supplier based queries.
