As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world‑leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
Responsibilities
* Carry out leaving and retirement calculations for DB, DC and Cash Balance members
* Prepare accurate leaver and retirement statements for member issuance
* Respond to member queries via phone and email with clarity and care
* Manage workload proactively to meet agreed turnaround times
* Ensure calculations are completed efficiently and with high accuracy
* Support other pension administration activities such as transfers in/out
Key skills
* Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension scheme administration
* High level of numeracy and accuracy, including manual and automated calculations
* Excellent communication skills when supporting members
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexible, reliable and comfortable handling varied or ad‑hoc tasks
