The role Joining a market-leading recoveries team handling specialist unsecured debt and enforcement work Managing a varied caseload including bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, contested insolvency applications and orders for sale Advising on county court and high court litigation, as well as magistrates’ court matters Acting for a broad client base including local authorities, national energy suppliers and other institutional clients Working within a unique team that includes dual-qualified solicitors and insolvency practitioners, enabling a streamlined, end-to-end service Supporting public sector clients on Council Tax, Business Rates and Adult Social Care debt matters Want exposure to technically challenging, high-volume and high-impact work rather than routine recoveries?
