The Company:
Are you a Document Controller/Administrator looking for a new role/challenge?
Our client (Main Contractor) operates within 3 key sectors; Retirement Living, Industrial & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £25 million.
They are now looking to grow the Team with the introduction of a Document Controller, who is passionate about their career and look to make a difference.
About You:
•Experience of working for a Construction company and an understanding of Construction terminology.
•Previous experience as a Document Controller.
•Reside within commutable distance of Market Harborough.
•Full document control support for a live project
•Managing incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
•Coordinating with site teams and subcontractors
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•Confident using document management systems / CDE platforms
