We are seeking an experienced ISC Operations Program Manager to join our team at Honeywell Yeovil. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring the timely progression of required hardware through operations. This includes managing both internal Make parts and External buy parts sourced from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with engineering to define and execute NPI project hardware timelines.
* Oversee the procurement and production processes for internal Make parts and External buy parts.
* Ensure that all hardware required for the engineering qualification program is delivered on time and meets project specifications.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or quality.
* Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and suppliers to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Implement best practices in project management to drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills And Qualifications
* Proven experience in operations program management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of NPI processes and hardware qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of hardware for engineering qualification programs in alignment with project timelines.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, along with effective collaboration with engineering and operations teams to ensure project success.
