Sales Administration Team Lead
OA are working with an established and growing business, searching for a Sales Administration Team Lead to join their team.
1. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
2. £35,000 - £40,000

Sales Administration Team Lead- Key Responsibilities:
6. Leading a small team of Sales Administrators to accurately execute sales orders, meeting targets
7. Create customer reports and agreements
8. Gather and provide sales data for reports
9. Share customer statistics with managers
10. Collect and analyse monthly forecasts and inventory data
11. Track goods delivery to and from the warehouse
12. Analyse stock levels and provide insights to minimise slow-moving and returned items
13. Guide admin team on activities such as credits, debits, orders, rebates, etc
Sales Administration Team Lead - Skills and Experience:
14. 1 year(s) Team Leader/Supervisor experience
15. Knowledge of Sales Admin/Sales Coordination process
16. CRM/ERP system experience is essential, SAP would be advantageous
17. Knowledge of HVAC is desirable
18. Outstanding communication skills
