About the Role

Job Duties
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making processes.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools for data visualization.
* Design and implement data processes that improve performance, efficiency, and organizational outcomes consistently.
* Automate workflows and integrate data systems to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations effectively.
* Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all systems and processes.
* Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across teams.
Job Requirements
* Strong analytical skills with proven experience translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
* Experience with data management, governance, and system integration within organizational environments.
* Ability to develop automation processes that improve efficiency and streamline data workflows consistently.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting insights clearly to diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams to solve problems and deliver solutions.
* Experience in higher education or similar sectors is preferred but not strictly required.
* Eligibility to work in the UK, noting that this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
