What You Will Be Doing To meet, greet, and service all guests in a friendly manner, the highest level of customer care and hospitality at all times. Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked and well presented at all times. Work in an efficient manner to ensure tables are re-laid to standard as soon as possible on a continual basis. Ensure all guests receive excellent service and enjoyable breakfast experience. To ensure that the breakfast area is thoroughly cleaned after service and tables are cleared and re-set for Lunch service. Ensure all tables are cleaned and relayed to the standard, ensuring that all condiments and tableware are highly polished at all times.
