Pertemps are proud to be working with a highly regarded firm in Edinburgh who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support their busy property team.What youll be doing:Preparing, formatting, and updating legal documentation and correspondence with precisionSupporting the full property transaction process from initial searches and registrations to liaising with clients and external partiesManaging client and matter onboarding/offboarding, including AML and conflict checksOrganising team diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel when requiredAssisting with billing, invoicing, and other financial admin tasksKeeping both digital and physical files organised, scanned, and up-to-dateActing as a first point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling enquiries with professionalismAbout you:Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal, ideally within a property or conveyancing settingStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitaskConfident communicator, both in writing and over the phoneProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal case management systemsKnowledge of property processes, including Land Registry and SDLT, is highly advantageousPositive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support wherever neededWhats in it for you:Competitive salary reflective of your experienceFlexible working arrangementsGenerous annual leave plus additional time off for long servicePension scheme and financial benefitsOngoing training and support for career developmentA supportive, inclusive and collaborative working cultureTPBN1_UKTJ
