New Homes Sales Manager responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day sales functions for new build developments.
2. Be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers.
3. Secure the sale of homes.
4. Manage the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
5. Deliver first-class customer service to clients and customers.
New Homes Sales Manager requirements:
1. Strong proficiency with IT, including Microsoft applications.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proven experience in new build development sales.
4. Full driver's license.
