Job Description
This role involves working with HR data to develop and maintain information systems, dashboards, and reports. It requires collaboration with HR and IT teams to improve data processes, ensure data quality, and maintain compliance with GDPR. The role also includes training team members on data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop HR information systems, dashboards, and visualizations.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
3. Participate in HR data analytics projects and initiatives.
4. Collaborate with IT or external vendors for system optimization.
5. Cleanse, validate, and ensure the integrity of HR data.
6. Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR standards.
7. Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools.
