Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
* Coordinate content creation for newsletters, blogs, and social media
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis
* Support brand and product marketing initiatives
* Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and reporting dashboards
* Track performance metrics and prepare reports for campaign performance
* Help manage CRM and email automation workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and creative teams

Qualifications
* College/Pro/Olympic Athletes or Veterans preferred
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics)
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Coachable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
