Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)
Location: Cwmbran
8-10 hour stock count shifts + your driving time paid + bonus

The Role
* We are looking for Retail Team Driver.
* This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.
* Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
* Follow correct processes when notifying your count team of pick‑up points and timings for each shift.
* Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site.
* While on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
* Stand for prolonged periods of time; access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock.
Key Skills / Experience Required
* Work unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts; we are unable to hire anyone under 21 years.
* Full Driving License.
* Can do attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
* Quick learner, adaptable to technology changes.
* Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
