About The Role
We have an opportunity to join the CUPRA & SEAT Network Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This is a field-based role covering the South West area.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational performance and strategic alignment of your allocated SEAT & CUPRA Network partners. The role involves working closely with Network Partner management at all levels to ensure their plans and performance align with the CUPRA & SEAT UK Brand strategy.
With an expanding portfolio of new products, this role is central to driving our sales targets for 2025 and beyond. You will help maximize the potential of models like the Tavascan, Terramar, CUPRA Formentor, BORN VZ, and Leon, while delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Network Partners.
Momentum continues with the SEAT brand, led by the SEAT Leon PHEV and upcoming models like the refreshed Ibiza and Arona, strengthening SEAT's market presence.
Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders across retailer businesses and the brand.
* Understanding of core processes for delivering excellence in new and used car sales.
* Knowledge of business financials and performance metrics.
* Ability to provide operational insights and identify risks and opportunities.
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of sales targets and strategies to achieve them.
* Experience participating in strategic sales discussions at a national level.
