We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant – Brand & Campaigns to be the link between channels, functions, and campaigns at Screwfix. You’ll help ensure all our communications are aligned, on-brand, and delivered consistently across every touchpoint, supporting growth in key brand and trading metrics in the UK and international markets.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Campaign Marketing Managers, external agencies, and internal teams to produce creative, customer-focused campaigns that make a real impact. From building toolkits and managing digital and offline assets, to supporting photography, video, TV, and radio production, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do.
This role is a 12 month FTC opportunity.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing
1. Support the Campaign Marketing Managers to ensure consistent execution of all Screwfix communications across owned and paid channels.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, monitoring activity, tone of voice, and creative output to ensure alignment with guidelines and toolkits.
3. Brief and manage campaign creative direction for use across digital, CRM, POS and advertising
4. Support production from brief to final delivery across TV, radio, digital creative, and internal assets.
5. Manage photography and video production for seasonal campaigns, including briefing, scheduling, and final delivery.
6. Work with agencies to brief projects, provide feedback, and attend shoots to maximise output and ensure best-in-class materials.
7. Analyse campaign performance using insight-led data to inform future activity and optimise results.
8. Maintain budgets, purchase orders, and key content administration tasks, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
9. Organise and record outcomes of key meetings, highlighting potential issues that may affect content delivery.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
10. Passion for brand and protecting corporate identity.
11. Strong, dynamic communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
12. Experience liaising with agencies and briefing creative projects.
13. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Understanding of customer-led marketing and commercial awareness.
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
16. Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a relevant subject is preferable.
17. Full, clean, UK driver’s licence required for travel.
