I am looking for a Building Surveyor to work in Worcestershire for a housing association. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the repairs contracts; in regards to damp, mould surveys. Duties of the Building Surveyor: General day-to-day maintenance. Reactive maintenance and damp and mould surveys Scheduling day to day repairs. Building Surveyor essentials: Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs surveys to residential properties Ability to work at pace and adapt to change. Experience within social housing.
