Join Our Team as a FM Helpdesk Team Leader!
The FM Helpdesk Team Leader will be a manage NCP's Facilities Management helpdesk which acts as a central function for all our estates FM Function.
You will be part of the frontline helpdesk service and help manage the first point of contact for receiving and processing all customer FM related issues raised across our estate
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage a remote team of FM Helpdesk Administrators, including overseeing the workflow to meet KPI and demands of the business
2. Assisting the Facilities Manager in coordinating the day-to-day administrative resources for the offshore team.
3. Acting as a point of escalation for both Reactive and PPM requests across the estate
4. Assist in the end to end onboarding of new and existing third party contractors
5. Manage the logging, allocation and updating of reactive service requests assigned to our contractor supply chain
6. Management of site visits confirmations, associated paperwork and administration duties
7. Ensuring issues are dealt with effectively, and in a timely and professional manner
8. Provide excellent level of customer service when managing the workflow of requests and enquiries
9. Manage PPM schedules, contractors, onboarding, PO's, invoice queries, enquiries and updates
