This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with factory or machining experience who’s keen to develop new skills, work with specialist equipment and be part of a company that truly values craftsmanship and precision. As a Factory Operative you will be: Supporting production processes across the workshop. Using specialist tools such as height gauges to check quality standards and making adjustments with hand and power tools. Assisting machine operatives and preparing materials for machining tasks. Testing components using water pressure tanks to ensure high standards of quality and durability. Learning specialist machining techniques such as lost wax casting, acid dipping, and braze welding full training provided) What We’re Looking For: Previous factory or machining experience – whether you’ve worked in general manufacturing, metalwork, or precision engineering. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Confidence using tools and working around machinery. A proactive and positive work ethic.
