You will possess the ability to maintain high standards of care. You will have experience of caring for children with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs.

Your Role as Care Manager:
* Responsibility as registered manager in ensuring that compliance within Ofsted regulation and the company's policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Effectively lead a team in providing a safe, nurturing and responsive approach to meet the needs of the young person.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the young person.
* Ensure the home meets the individual needs of the young people, as well as the needs of the team in line with the Quality Standards of Children's Homes regulations.
* Continuously working towards positive outcomes for the young people.
* Instrumental in monitoring performance, management of the team and development.
* Conducting monthly supervisions.
* Participating in the on-call procedure (nightly and weekend payment additional).
What We're Looking For:
* A minimum 2 years experience working as a registered manager
* Driving Licence.
* NVQ Level 3/4 in Children, young people or equivalent.
* Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
* Experience of working with children in a residential home.
