About the role: To be responsible for Social Care law matters in regards to Childcare and Adults Services. To ensure that robust and effective legal advice is provided and ensuring representation for the Council in Courts, Tribunals, Inquiries, Hearings and Negotiations. About you: You will need to be skilled at providing concise and clear guidance, be well organised and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
