Customer Service Executive (9-Month Maternity Cover) £30,000 | Longfield, Hybrid | Fixed-Term Contract Are you an experienced customer service professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships? We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a forward-thinking business in Longfield, Kent, on a 9-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries and orders with professionalism and empathy Act as the main point of contact for a group of customers, building trusted and long-term relationships Support fleet contracts by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery Process orders, customer returns, and special instructions accurately and efficiently Provide administrative and technical support, including arranging fittings and preparing quotes or documentation for the sales team Maintain accurate records on company systems (CRM) to ensure data integrity Build product knowledge and stay informed about market developments to offer the best solutions for customers Proactively resolve challenges and manage customer expectations effectively About You Minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience, ideally involving order processing or contract support Business-to-business experience is essential Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using systems and processes Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure What’s on Offer Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: 9-month maternity cover (fixed term) Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Supportive, collaborative culture with opportunities to learn and contribute
