Are you a Programmer looking to break into one of the most sought-after industries in engineering?
Looking for hands-on projects, real responsibility, and genuine investment in your development?
This is your chance to join a specialist team building custom test systems for global leaders in aviation and aerospace. From the first test plan to final install, you'll be involved in every stage - designing controls, setting up how the system operates, and bringing it all to life through LabVIEW.
You don't need previous aerospace experience - just a background in controls and a willingness to learn. You'll be supported with on-the-job training, including the chance to shadow and receive 1-to-1 development from a senior engineer with advanced LabVIEW experience, plus the opportunity to work toward formal certification yourself.
If you're a Programmer after real variety, long-term opportunity, and a clear route into a future-proof industry - this is the career-defining move you've been looking for.

6. LabVIEW experience (comfortable setting up or modifying systems)
7. Hands-on mindset with exposure to instrumentation, fluid systems, or similar
8. Open to occasional domestic/international travel (2-3x per year, fully paid)
