Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Lancing.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
* Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants.
* Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
* Order EPC's / required compliance
* Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
* All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback.
