Our client, one of the UK's most respected accountancy and advisory firms, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their growing Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury. The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver high-quality compliance services. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Preparing annual financial statements (statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnerships, sole traders)
2. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
3. Managing and mentoring junior team members
4. Collaborating across departments to provide a seamless client experience
5. Ensuring all work meets deadlines and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
6. ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
7. Strong practice background, ideally in business outsourcing or accounts compliance
8. Solid understanding of UK GAAP and proficiency with accounting software
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. A proactive, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
