Committed to excellence, they foster a diverse and engaged workforce across several different continents.The Role:Complete customer specificationsProvide nutritional information for product launchesHandle customer inquiries on product ingredients and safety data and maintaining the Recipe Management systemYou will be involved in staying updated on legislative issuesPlacing new products and raw materials on the production system and maintaining the supplier databaseDevelop knowledge of key ingredients ensuring compliance with GMO regulations and facilitating end-to-end traceabilityKeeping up to date with EU Food Law alerts and Rapid Alerts is also crucialA bit about you:Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field or equivalent experienceStrong background in writing specifications and technical food standards such as Food Safety and Quality StandardsProficiency in Excel and experience with computer data systems like Sage and Creations is essentialExhibit excellent teamwork skills, be analytical and thorough and demonstrate the ability to build effective working relationshipsFamiliar with portal specification systems like QADEX or Foods connectedKnowledge of auditing and HACCPValid driver's license
