I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading PLC House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Berkshire.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the fit out of 25 RC frame apartments, taking units from 1st fix on wards. You will be responsible for managing the sub-contractors on site, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the Block Manager. The ideal candidate must have worked on new build RC frame residential schemes, working for either a residential developer/main contractor, high rise experience would be beneficial.
The role is due to start in June, 10 month contract role and payments made via CIS. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate here.
