Advert Vehicle & Plant Technician / Mechanic (19/695) Castle Douglas £33,621 - £35,853 Vehicle & Plant Mechanic Location: Abercromby Workshop, Abercromby Depot, Castle Douglas, DG7 1LH Hours: 36 hours per week, with optional overtime Pay: Time and a half for regular overtime, double time for unsociable hours Join Our Team Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking a skilled Vehicle & Plant Mechanic to support its vehicle maintenance operations at our Abercromby workshop in Castle Douglas. You'll be part of a professional, well-organised team working in a modern, fully equipped facility. There is also potential to train as a Class IV, V, and VII MOT tester.
