Internal Communications Coordinator Location: Hemel Hempstead Contract: Temporary/Full-time 3 months (with possible extension) Day Rate: £180 (Inside IR35) Hybrid Model : 3 days on-site About the Role We are seeking an organised and proactive Internal Communications Coordinator to provide administrative and communications support to our clients busy operations team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update documents, calendars, and processes with accuracy Proofread, edit, and format internal communications Support SharePoint and MS Office document management Coordinate and prioritise tasks across teams, ensuring deadlines are met Build strong working relationships across departments Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail Confident user of MS Office and SharePoint Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Previous experience in operations communications or administration is desirable If you meet the qualifications outlined above, we want to hear from you.
