Your duties and responsibilities will be
Provide critical financial data for internal reporting, managing remeasurement and BOQ updates, forecasting costs against budgets, and conducting risk analysis.
Lead cost provisions, manage weekly cost ledger analysis, and oversee subcontractor management, including valuations and payment certifications.
Facilitate progress meetings, compiling data for main payment applications, and ensuring commercial audits are completed effectively.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
Proven experience in cost management on major construction projects, with a strong understanding of NEC 4 Option B Contracts.
Extensive knowledge of NAECI Agreements and standard measurement methods.
Expert skills in financial systems such as SAP and Power BI.
Strong bias towards contractor working and change management expertise.
