Our client, a well-established scaffolding company based in Ipplepen, is looking for a reliable Scaffolder to join their team on an ongoing basis. This role would suit an experienced scaffolder, but we will also consider someone who already knows scaffolding and is looking to build experience as an improver.
What you'll be doing
* Erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolds safely and efficiently, working as part of a team.
* Loading/unloading materials and keeping the yard/vehicle tidy and safe.
* Carrying out basic checks on equipment and reporting any defects.
* Driving a 3.5T flatbed as part of the role (site deliveries/collections as required).
Working hours
* Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
What we're looking for
* Scaffolding experience (experienced scaffolders welcome; improvers considered if you have working knowledge of scaffolding).
* Full UK driving licence (required) due to 3.5T flatbed driving duties.
* 7.5T licence (desirable, not essential).
* A strong safety mindset and the ability to work at height as part of a crew (scaffolding is a safety-critical trade)
Pay rate dependent on experience and licences held (including 7.5T entitlement, if applicable).
