The Role
:
As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in enhancing the delivery of an outstanding occupational health (OH) service. .
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct accurate clinical assessments including TIMA physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
2. Perform DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments and offer preventive advice.
3. Classify clinical musculoskeletal disorders into categories related to work.
4. Provide reports to management on an employee’s fitness for work and potential role adjustments needed.
5. Lead on-site exercise classes for rehabilitation of employees with musculoskeletal injuries.
6. Communicate effectively with the broader occupational health team.
7. Recommend changes or equipment needed following a DSE assessment.
8. Identify workplace hazards and assess risks related to musculoskeletal health issues.
9. Deliver effective rehabilitation for staff with musculoskeletal disorders, regardless of work relation.
Requirements:
10. Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist or in a similar role.
11. Experience in conducting various assessments, including ergonomics, face-to-face, and workplace evaluations.
12. Knowledge of conducting DSE assessments
13. Understanding of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment
14. Possess relevant experience in the field.
15. HCPC registration
Shift:
16. Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
17. Fridays: 7:30 am - 2:45 pm
