We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing Business Development Representative team. Responsibilities
* Proactively engaging in outbound prospecting activities.
* Identifying key decision‑makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
* Qualifying and assessing leads based on predefined criteria.
* Effectively communicating Ideagen's value proposition and key differentiators.
* Collaborating closely with the sales team, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Engaging in consultative selling, actively listening to prospects' requirements and recommending tailored software solutions.
* Utilising CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
* Actively participating in sales meetings, training programmes, and professional development activities.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
