Overview
As a Leader, you will support, train, and coachour teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold our high standards. Your leadership is crucial to thesmooth running of each shift, as you take ownership to guarantee the success ofour stores alongside our Managers. You'll be the eyes and ears forfront-of-house operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. But that's not all – at Pret, weinvest in your growth! You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge through ourTraining Academy, opening doors to future management opportunities. We have the following positions available right now:
Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 4:00am to 11:00pm

1. Lead the team by example, showinggenuine care for our customers' happiness.
2. Driving high standards everytime, whether that’s through the quality of a coffee or the appearance of a sandwich.
3. Create personalized experiencesthat connect with each customer on a personal level.
4. Be the friendly face of Pret,inspiring your team to do the same.
5. Delight customers by providinghelpful answers to their questions and staying updated on our deliciousofferings and exciting promotions.
6. Treat every colleague andcustomer with warmth, kindness, and respect, making Pret a welcoming place forall.
