Vanilla etc. are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This varied role involves working closely with our directors and supporting functions like customer service, purchasing, logistics, and admin.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide admin support to directors
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Process orders and manage ledgers (Sage 50)
• Book shipments and receive deliveries
• Assist with recruitment and quality checks
• Represent Vanilla Etc at trade shows
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming office
Essential Skills
• Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Sage 50 experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Physically fit to assist with deliveries
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Desirable Skills
Experience in food manufacturing
