This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to step into management and support the leadership of a high-performing sales team.
The Role
Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the showroom and sales team.
Lead by example, selling prestige vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and stock levels, implementing strategies to drive results.
Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to maximise showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
About You
Proven experience in prestige or luxury automotive sales, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and target-driven mindset.
Highly presentable, professional, and confident dealing with high-value clients.
Passionate about cars and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
