Quantity Surveyor – Hospital project – Ashford, Kent
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a new hospital project in Kent.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will work within a project-based team in Ashford, Kent and be based on site working alongside an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The project is valued at an initial sum of £20m however, there are other projects that will be negotiated and added to the scheme.
As a Quantity Surveyor working on a hospital project, it is essential in this case for you to have worked on a hospital or similar type of building project before. M&E package management will be an advantage.
You must be residing a reasonable commute from Kent or live locally to Ashford, Kent. For this Quantity Surveyor role, you must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
At least 5yrs working as a Quantity Surveyor is a must for this Quantity Surveyor role.
