Location: NW/NE
Salary: £50,000 - £70K OTE + company car

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new client partnerships across the North West/North East. This role focuses on proactively targeting businesses that require driver recruitment and logistics staffing solutions, building long-term relationships, and increasing revenue.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Driving new business growth and client acquisition from initial prospecting to negotiations, offering a solution, consultative based approach
* Successfully managing the Northern territory through strong rapport building abilities alongside being a leader for the consultants who will be filling the roles
* Supporting the internal consultants through guidance and knowledge of the businesses they will be recruiting for
* Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
Skills & Requirements:
* A track record of delivering exceptional sales results in a territory setting
* Experience within the logistics or recruitment agency would be fab!
* An ambitious, thorough individual who is tenacious, articulate and driven
* A full UK driving license is required
